Recipe!  It's all peachy smoothie

A quick little treat that's full of nutrients to eat!

Ingredients:

  • About 1 cup of Greek yogurt.
  • About 1 cup of peaches.
  • A scoop or as directed of whey protein.
  • 1 tbsp of marine collagen powder.

Simply plop into a blender & blend.

My tip: If using frozen peaches, I recommend soaking it in hot water so that it isn't as cold.

It's quick and easy while also being quite balanced. It includes antioxidants, vitamins, fiber, healthy fats and protein!

P.s. For some added sweetness if you want it to feel more like a desert, consider adding local raw honey or maple syrup.

Note: the colour of this smoothie will vary in appearance!
