Fear of Cancer Recurrence + Progression Gathering Resources in the Face of Uncertainty
Fear of Cancer Recurrence + Progression is facilitated by Yoga Therapist, Anne Pitman.
This is an 8-month, 2-part online program designed for individuals navigating the emotional and physical challenges that accompany a cancer diagnosis, treatment, and survivorship.

WHEN:

Part 2: February - May 2027*
WHAT:
Two Thursdays per month | 7:00 - 8:30 pm
- Session A - Lecture & Community Discussion
- Session B - Embodied Practice
(movement, breath, meditation, and visualization)
New participants are encouraged to come to BOTH Session A and B each month -- to build resources, connection and nervous system patterning.
Past participants of the program are welcome to register for Session B to continue their learning and practice.

What to Expect
Recognizing that fear of recurrence and progression can be overwhelming, this program provides practical tools, reflective practices, and mutual supportive to help participants cultivate self compassion and resilience in the face of ongoing uncertainty. Each session offers community support and blends evidence-informed elements of mindfulness, movement, breathwork, meditation, and visualization, offering a holistic approach to understanding and engaging with fear.
Through this program, participants hear each others' stories and normalize the fears that surface during and after cancer treatment. Together, they gather both practical resources to navigate uncertainty with greater ease and very good company!
