The Slow Movement & Meditation On-Demand Library has over 50 gentle yoga, movement, meditation, and guided rest videos

When & Where:
On-demand memberships: 3-months or 6-months

Cost:
$25 per month for 3 or 6 months, OR
$75 one-time payment for 3-months; OR
$150 one-time payment for 6-months.

What to Expect

An on-demand library of movement and meditation classes.

Classes are slow, gentle and choice-based. They are designed specifically for people living with chronic conditions (including cancer, post-concussion syndrome, burnout, and long COVID).

You can either purchase a 3-month membership or a 6-month membership. Memberships can be purchased any time, and will provide either 90 days or 180 days of access to the video library.

Your Slow Movement & Meditation Library will be accessible to you as soon as you purchase it! Just click on the Library tab to access the videos (make sure you're logged in!)

I had only experienced a more regimented approach to yoga classes before I started with you. The wide permission you remind us of every class seems so freeing when your body or mind are injured or tired. I have learned so much in the last 2 years.
