What to Expect

This slow and gentle movement class draws on yoga, somatics, and other mindful movement practices. You can join in from seated or lying down, and there is tremendous freedom to adapt the movements, or to be still and imagine the movement as needed. Lisa offers different variations of each movement to keep these classes as accessible as possible, so you can participate even if you're in the middle of medical treatments, and even when you're exhausted. You can join in with your camera on or off.

Community Feedback

I had only experienced a more regimented approach to yoga classes before I started with you. The wide permission you remind us of every class seems so freeing when your body or mind are injured or tired. I have learned so much in the last 2 years.

Love the classes... so easy to do from home with no travel time. I felt safe all through the pandemic not being exposed to people and have come to enjoy this way of practice... Enjoy seeing familiar faces week to week, we have actually become a community. Love the permission to do only what you can do that week. This can vary greatly from week to week. I even enjoy the recorded classes... as life has become busier, my schedule does not always allow me to attend a scheduled class. The classes have brought me a sense of peace and relaxation through an incredibly turbulent time.

I enjoy the spaciousness of Lisa's yoga classes and her invitation to listen to what our bodies need on any given day. As someone who is currently in trauma healing, this reminds me I have agency over my body and is something that enhances the other healing work I am doing.

I appreciate that you allow us to be ourselves. You encourage us to listen to our individual bodies. You give us freedom of movement without dictating conditions. You offer different options for varying levels.
