What to Expect

A mindfulness based practice of gentle yoga, slow movement, relaxation and meditation.  We begin by connecting with our breath and setting intentions to serve as an anchor for each session.  You will be guided through gentle postures and somatic based movement reconnecting you with your breath and your body, encouraging easeful movement.  We also explore anatomy together based on our weekly focus.

This practice helps you to foster a deeper understanding of your unique needs and offers you time to nourish your nervous system.

We begin to understand the patterns of our mind through practice, and invite a less reactive way of being in the world. Our time together ends with a guided relaxation to help you integrate the session and restore your inner reserves.

This class is introspective in nature.

Mat, Chair and  bed options are also provided.

Offered through the zoom platform, with the option of having your camera on or off.

Login details are emailed to all registrants an hour before the class start time.

Each registrant will also receive a recording of the practice with unlimited access, giving you the option of joining for the live class or through the recording.

Recordings are sent via email, within 48 hours of the live class.
