Empowering YOU with Play, Exploration and Visualization

Our bodies are magnificent and mysterious.  Learn how to use mindful movement and visualization as a way to connect to your body and be more in tune with it.

Do you feel stiff and sore?  Have you been sedentary or inactive?  Or do you find it difficult to do regular exercise due to fatigue or chronic pain? Would you like to improve your posture and spinal alignment?  Would you like to become more flexible and less prone to injury when exercising? Is relaxing and unwinding difficult for you at the end of the day?

These are all reasons to join Anna for this information session (online webinar) to learn about and experience Somatic Movement Therapy.  Anna will introduce some theory behind this approach to movement with some interactive activities.

During the last 15 minutes of the session we move to lying down (on the floor or a firm mattress) and Anna will guide us with gentle movement and a guided visualization.  No exercise equipment needed.

All attendees will receive a complimentary video of a guided yielding practice.
