Dr. Ronnie Daoud studied at the University of Toronto Medical School and completed family medicine residency and a palliative care fellowship at the University of Ottawa. His palliative care work has taught him to listen deeply, see the person behind the disease and to prioritize patient’s values in their treatment plans.
Dr. Daoud is a Functional Medicine(opens in new tab) Certified Professional-Medical (FMCP-M), obtaining his certification in 2026.
Dr. Daoud believes that the most effective care often comes from integrating treatments from multiple medical systems. His focus is on identifying root causes of illness rather than treating isolated symptoms. Treatment plans are evidence-based combining dietary interventions, stress management, sleep optimization, exercise, supplements and conventional medications.
Dr. Daoud has an interest in treating men and women who are struggling with infertility.
